The total area provided for laboratory is 370 sq. ft. Quality control dept. is engaged in Chemical & Microbiological analysis of the product to meet the BIS requirement strictly. Quality Control Section is also provided with control sample room.
Charmy Aqua is 100% bacteria free, processed under stringent quality control and meeting all requirements of ISI and EU / WHO norms and specifications.
InfrastructureSource of pure water
The plant is located in the region of Tansa & Vaitarna River & hence abundance of good quality of water is supplied by our bore well. The water is free from PESTICIDES. This water is pretreated. we have modern water treatment plant capacity of 5000 ltrs. The treatment plant includes sand filtration, Activated carbon filter, multistage Micron filnation with R.O. plant & finally fine filtration through absolute 0.2 micron filter & disinfected by UV & ozonization treatment. This arrangement helps to maintain the chemical & microbiological quality of water. The system is provided with online conductivity meter, UV Tube & Anti-Scalent dosing system The incoming water shortage capacity of overhead tank is 30,000 Ltrs. The water is tested in BIS approved laboratory & results are confirming to BIS Standard.
All machinery equipment & laboratory equipment are brand new made up of S.S.316. Food grade as per BIS Standard.
The processing zone is totally dust free, hygienic with latest purification system like Reverse Osmosis, Micron Filters, Ozonation and ultra-violet Sterilization which makes the water purest and safest.
