Biaxial Machines

Biaxial Machines

We manufacture a range of biaxial machines that is an all inclusive automatic work cycle control system through PC / PLC. The mouse and keyboard have made it possible to control all the parameters of the work cycle, timing of molding, visualize the temperature trends, handle production recipes, and therefore, running all the main function of the plants.

This product has various appreciable utilities such as :
 
  • An ideal machine for high volume production of articles
  • It is best for the purpose of production of articles in diverse material, with varying thickness and changing levels of quality
  • It can be equipped on request with 3 or 4 arm that change station to station simultaneously, thus alternating in the different phases.
  • Customization is possible on multiple cycles such as Double Loading/Unloading Station and Pre-Cooling

Process :

A preset quantity of plastic, either in liquid or powder form is deposited in one half of a mould that is fitted on the arms of the machine. After closing the mould, the arm moves to oven and the mould is rotated biaxial inside the oven. As the plastic melts, it forms a coating on the inside surface of the mould. The arm is removed from the oven and cooled. The hollow part is removed by opening the mould.

Two Arm Biaxial Machines

Two Arm Biaxial Machines

Available with us is a gamut of a complete automatic work cycle control system, called two arm biaxial machines that is operated through PC / PLC. The various factors of the work cycle such as visualizing the temperature trends, timing of moulding, handling production procedures are controlled by the command peripherals (mouse and keyboard), enabling a smooth functioning of the plants.

Process :

Fitting of the mould is done on the arms of the machine, and a predetermined amount of plastic, either in powder or liquid form, is placed in one half of a mould. The mold is closed and the arm moves towards the oven, where the mould is rotated biaxial inside the oven. Melting of plastic takes place and it forms a coating over the inside surface of the mould. The arm is cooled after removing from the oven and the mould is opened, to remove the hollow part.
