The manufacturing unit is well-facilitated 7 well co-ordinated with the manufacturing plants. This plant houses some top-of-the-line equipments to manufacture all the goods with perfection in designs & functioning. With an an annual installed bulk capacity of 2500 tons, we are able to handle the bulk orders from the clients also. We also have a paid sampling facility for the ease of the clients.

Our Range of Products We have a wide range of products comprising of silicon rubber molded parts, silicon tubes & cords, silicon keypads & switches, all kinds of rubber molded parts, sealant tapes & mastics, Gaskets, Orings, Gromets & Packing Rings, core separators (coated & uncoated), rubber bellows, bushes & wedges, rubber channels, beadings & profiles etc. All the products we manufacture are strictly based on the international standards of quality. These products are made up of quality rubber, silicon & other raw materials, which make them strong, elastic, durable & strong enough to face any rough & tough conditions.

We follow strict quality control measures in our company to facilitate all our clients with quality products. To ensure that, we have a a full fledged laboratory which is well-equipped with sophisticated instruments & apparatus to check all our products on the basis of flexibility, accuracy & durability. All our products are checked & re-checked several times for any faults. Various pre-production, production and post-production operational activities are strictly implemented & monitored by our team of quality personnel to check for any loop holes that have been left in the manufacturing process.

We have employed a team that consists of diligent workers who perform their work with excellence to deliver quality products to our clients. We have a team of technocrats, designers & researchers, who work hand in hand to design and develop each & every product as per the need of the clients. We also have recruited a team of administrative professionals, who manage all the administrative activities relating to the office.

We have a full-facilitated warehousing unit built in an area of around 5000 sq. ft , where we store the manufactured goods with utmost care. The warehouse has multiple well-labeled compartments to keep all the products safely and properly segregated. The packaging is done with optimum care to ensure all the products are transported without any damages. For that, we use jute cloth to pack all our goods, which are known for their strength and durability.

After achieving certain heights & gaining a particular position in the market, we felt the need to expand our horizons beyond our manufacturing and production job. So, leveraging on our big clientele, we have taken part in a number of trade shows & fairs which have helped us in growing & flourishing as a renowned business house. We are committed towards providing optimum services to our clients, which primarily includes timely delivery of products. For that, we outsource facilities for transportation of goods. Apart from that, we maintain good rapport with the C&F agents and logistics service providers to get maximum facilities for delivery of the goods.
