Magnetic LiftersAvailable with us is a wide range of magnetic lifters, which are offered in various lifting capacity ranging from 00 kg to 2000 kg. Due to the R & D sizes of the lifter, these magnetic lifters are compact and light in weight. Hardened V Blocks With ClampsOur range of hardened V blocks with Clamps is offered in numerous sizes ranging from 2 to 12. Moreover, these hardened V blocks are also offered in two degrees, that is, total angle 120º and total angle 90º. Our range of hardened V blocks can be used for grinding, light milling, drilling & inspection of round and square jobs. All the sides are hardened & ground and have accuracy for flatness, square-ness & parallelism within 0.005mm up to 150L & 0.010mm for 200L.
These hardened V blocks have a hardness above 60 Re and are supplied in matched pairs. The hardened V blocks have uniform and strong magnetic pull to all three magnetic surfaces, that is, top, bottom & V faces. Further, these are offered with easy on - off facility and also alongwith this, 120° "V" angle is also available. |
