Weave Wire Mesh

We also manufacture plain dutch weave wire mesh which is woven in the similar manner as plain clothes. The difference is that in this mesh the wrap wires are thicker and spaced farther apart than the weft wires. Additionally, it is mainly used as industrial filter cloth and apparatus of separation.

This is another type of dutch weave wire mesh in which it is woven in the twill pattern. Weaving it in twill pattern enables twice as many weft wires to be woven in the same area as a plain Dutch weaves to achieve a finer filter opening. This type of wire mesh is specially meant for firm filtration for separation and it mat filter up to 10 micron or even more finer.

Plain weave wire mesh is the standard cloth for all purpose. This wire mesh is manufactured by passing wire wrap over and under the successive weft wire at 90 degree angles and vice versa which results in specific mesh opening and maximum cloth stability. It has an extremely wide range of applications.

Twilled weave is manufactured by passing each fill wire alternately over and under two warp wires. Thistwill weave  wire mesh appears as parallel diagonal lines as the pattern is spread out on successive warp wires. This type of weave allows the use of proportionately larger wire diameters in a particular mesh count as compared to plain weave which enables to meet process requirement.
