Since our establishment in 1975 as one of the first few to start processing Cast Urethanes, we have been enjoying high reputation of being one of the leading & quality suppliers of Cast Urethane products to various industries.

InfrastructureOur manufacturing sites are located at reputed industrial zones with the current working space of 30000 Sq. ft. It has to be expanded by another 20000 Sq. ft. in future with a work force of 60 employees that includes qualified engineers, supervisors & workmen.
With our current infrastructure, we can produce cast urethane finished products ranging from 0.5 gms to 600 kgs in a single casting and also with handling facilities up to 20 tons. Available facilities include our capacity to make rollers ranging from 60 mm up to 2 Mtrs and overall length up to 5 Mtrs. A single roll can be completely manufactured with Steel Fabrication and Polyurethane Lining. These rolls are supplied to all leading Steel Plants not only in India, but all over the world.
We take pride in our sophisticated Machine Shop with latest Lathes, Fabrication Shop with grinding facilities and also testing facilities for checking physical and mechanical properties for Polyurethane and Steel as well as chemical composition for Steel.
