Our main production includes Dehydration of White, Red & Pink Onions in various forms like Kibbled, Flakes, Minced, Granules, Powder, Toasted
We are also involved in the Dehydration of Garlic and other vegetables like Potato, Carrot, Cabbage, Cabbage, Lady’s finger etc.
We have production capacity of 10 tons of Dehydrated Onions and other vegetables per day. Our factory area covers Land of 50000 Sq. Ft.. We have covered sheds for the storage of 2,00,000 Bags of Raw Materials( each of 50 Kilos Approx.) and Pucca Godown with storage capacity of 20,000 Cartons (each of 22 Kilos) of Finished Goods.

Production Process
Purchase: Fresh onions are procured from our regular growers in bags & stored in raw material godowns after sampling & checking for the Quality parameters.
Peeling: The raw onions are distributed to laborers in plastic crates for manual peeling of the top skin and also removing top and tails of the onion
Washing & Slicing: Then the peeled onion is washed by agitation using water and then conveyed to a Slicer where-after these slices are again washed in a spray of water.
Drying: Then these slices are conveyed to a Continuous Drier having five belts constructed one above the other. The Temperature, humidity & other parameters are controlled to observe their original pungency, aroma & other components. Then the material is again dried in shallow bins using heating coils to reduce the moisture content in the product.
Sorting: This material is now transferred to the Air-conditioned holding room where Mechanical sorting is done to obtain kibbled onion form. The skins are removed from the Kibbled onion by Blowers.
Then the kibbled onion undergoes milling & sizing process to get other forms like chopped, minced or granules as per the buyers requirement.
Now the finished material is passed through Sortex Machine by which the black, yellow materials and all other impurities & foreign materials are sorted out and uniform best grade of finished product is obtained.
Now this material is passed through metal detectors & metal sticks for the removal of all metal impurities
Packing & storage: The product is weighed in standard balance and then packed by sealing in Food grade polyethylene bags and repacked in either paper bags or corrugated boxes to make it sea-worthy. Now our product is ready for export.
Testing: Samples of our products are drawn from process stage after drying as well as at the time of packing & tested for various parameters like Microbiological, Pesticide residue etc. Heavy metals and other testing as per the buyer’s requirements are also done at competent government laboratories and related certificates are issued.
Dispatch: As per the delivery schedule, the Product is stuffed into the container at our factory premises. All the shipments are passed through strict Quality control and personal supervision only to deliver a PERFECT PRODUCT at the BUYER’S DOORSTEPS.
