InfrastructureAt Shree Ram Overseas production means quality. Hence, no stone is left unturned to ensure quality work. Our strength lies in our ability to give our customers complete controlled facilities at all stages involved in the product development and production process. Thereby ensuring innovativeness in design, quality in production and punctual deliveries.
Our fabric range consists of- all type of Knits / Cotton / Viscose / Linen / various blends.
We have also set up a range of facilities to ensure that our goods meet international quality standards.
- Ability to undertake fabric development for sampling and further - on for production, in qualities varying from the coarsest to the finest yarn count.
- Production Facilities - we have an installed capacity to manufacture 200,000 pcs. each of woven & knitted garments per month, spread in a world-class factory.
- Washing & drying plant – specializing in different types of washes in our washing plant
- Lead time which ranges from 30 to 75 days (up to 90 days in case of special fabrics) from the date of conformation of order. Undertake planning and keep focus on delivery schedule from pre production to the shipment stage.
- Shree Ram Overseas has a team which maintains good communication network with the buyer to ensure flexibility and accuracy of production follow-up/detail to ensure that the quality standards of production are met as per the requirements of the buyer.
- Shree Ram Overseas has built up area of over 125,000 sq.ft and have an installed capacity of about more than 300 sewing machines which produce about 5000 garments (wovens and knits) per day.
