Metals at Lalsot, Dausa approximate 80 km away from Jaipur and another- Ms. Shree R.N. Metals India Pvt. Ltd. Sister Concern at Sarna Doongar in Jaipur, which is approximate 15 KM away from Jaipur City. Both units having same manufacturing facilities and are well equipped with plant and machinery. Testing facilities for Chemical composition with spectrometer and chemistry of metal alloy composition and grade verification for applications including quality control, positive material identification and failure analysis , Hardness Testing, Heat Treatment Temperature Recording system. Vernier Caliper, Microstructure testing equipment duly calibrated with National Calibration System are available with us. The overall production capacity is 18000 Ton per annum's for both plants.We have been in the market since last 12-13 years. Our valuable customers are mainly State Electricity Boards, Thermal Power Plants and others. Our product has given our users so satisfactory performance that we get repetitive orders. Our material is offered for inspection directly to our users and or through 3rd party inspection agency like M/s. RITES Limited, Rail India Technical and Economic Services New Delhi a Central Government Undertakings or Lloyd?s Register of Shipping, New Delhi and SGS Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd. Ours is a SSI Unit. We have very good team of Techno-Commercial mainly Engineers, Chartered Accountant and Professionals. Our plant is well equipped with foundry and forged division. We are also well equipped with quality control equipment in order to maintain the quality of semi-finished and finished balls cylpebs. We have furnace oil fired furnace for proper heat treatment and maintain the hardness as per the requirement of customers. |
