An ideal light weight transparent hooded facemask for resuscitation and anaesthesia. The strong clear polycarbonate hood allows for early recognition of vomitus, blood, foreign body and lets the anesthetist monitor lip colour & intermittent misting. The super soft cuff in silicone or black rubber gives a comfortable, least traumatic and safe seal. The cuff can be easily removed for cleaning/autoclaving.

Draw over type, designed to limit the maximum concentration of Halothane vapour to 3% by volume irrespective of the total gas flow through the unit. Adjustment is made by means of a ratchet type control valve. The glass jar is screwed on to the body and can be quickly detached for easy filling. The vaporizer is also suitable for use with Trichloroethylene in low concentrations.

These airways are similar to silicone rubber airways except that repeated autoclaving will reduce the life in case black rubber airways.
