QualityQuality control managed by our own staff in producing units. They inspect according to order specifications & our set standards & reporting where quality is produced not controlled.
All yarn coming out of the spinning units should be 100% quality controlled & inspected. In respect to defects & defect codes the produced material should be as FIRST QUALITY for shipment or SECOND QUALITY for refusal/non-shipment. We only work with modern mills to ensure the contamination controlled. Even though our specialty is to inspect the quality of each dispatch. We inspect at both earlier stage of the production & after the completion. We take cones for testing (Count, Twist, Strength, Elongation, Evenness, and Hairiness etc.) during the production before & after conditioning. If we found quality not suitable we immediately reject & ask our supplier to reproduce to avoid big damage. We also take cones for testing from randomly selected cartons after the completion of production. We also perform package inspection (Cone Weight, Pig Tail Length, Cone Size, Cone Making, Cone Angle, Length of the yarn, Winding, Shipping Marks, Quality of Cones/Cartons/Pallets, and Stuffing etc.) We check the quality to ensure the exact quality supplied to our Customers consistently.
We agree that we cannot check all the cones & also accepted our competitor?s comments that the above randomly testing process doesn?t eliminate the risk of quality but we trust it certainly minimize the damage & ensure the consistent quality. Our inspection covers not only to inspect the material but also try to improve the quality all the times.
InfrastructureWe ask our Customer to fill a form immediately after order confirmation to provide us with exact requirement of quality including fiber type, end use, packing etc. This information enables us to ensure the quality produced same as desired.
Order Confirmation Terms.
All commercial dealing is directly between Customer & us.
We prefer payment term advance post dated cheque or Letter of credit by reputed bank.
Payments made after the decided terms shall be liable for the interest @ 24 % p.a.
We require purchase orders signed & sealed via email mode or by post.
Delivery Control
We regularly track with the Dyeing plant & Mills to ensure production & deliveries are on time.
