Principle of Operation :
 
These Industrial Blowers like Turbine Blower, Industrial Regenerative Blower, Side - Channel Blower consist of a dynamically balanced impeller which revolves in a stator cum - compression chamber having very fine clearance between them. The impeller is fitted directly on a vertical shaft and is driven by flange mounted motor. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer perifery of the stator to reduce the impedence to air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure.

Construction:

An Exhauster or Blower consists of a rotating shaft and multi-impellers operating in specially designed nlet Housing, Outet Housing and Intermediate Sections. Drives:

They are usually V-Belt driven from electric motors. In the larger sizes the machines can be direct coupled to electric motors.

The machine and motor can be mounted on base frame fabricated and machined from steel in plain Horizontal in line style or a box type vertical style saving the space.

Axial flow fans offered by us are basically for meeting large quantities at comparatively low pressures, and are ideal for ventilation and air conditioning requirements. Our range is provided with tube axial fans that are suitable for handling hot, moist air or gas and fumes.

Our range comprises of the following:

• Casing: Casing covers the overall length of the motor and the impeller. It is manufactured by suing high grade mild steel plates and is provided with foot mounting arrangement to facilitate installing of fan on the ground. An external terminal box that has an inspection is also provided.

• Impeller: Impeller is dynamically balanced and is of aerofoil section and cast in aluminium alloy
• Motors: A.C. motors are provided with squirrel cage induction type and are suitable to operate at an ambient temperatures ranging up to 40 degree C
• Bearings: Ball or ball and roller bearings are also attached
• Driving arrangements: Mounted inside casing and impeller is directly placed on motor shaft extension. In case of V-belt drive arrangement, impeller is mounted on a separate shaft supported on two ball bearings and Plummer blocks inside casing. The motor is mounted on outer side of casing and shaft is driven with V-belts.
• Ancillary Equipment: available for all sizes of fans such as coned inlets, wire guards, dampers, matching flanges, anti-vibration mountings and canvas connectors

Hopper auto loader offered by us makes sure that the hopper is always full. These are provided with a ladder stops loading material that automatically restarts the loading as soon as the material level inside the hopper falls. Turbine blower is also attached in our range that assists in exhausting air from the receiver. Material from the bin rises by means of a flexible pipe that connects receiver to the material suction probe because of the vacuum.

The material is unpacked from the receiver into the hopper using a flapper gate that can opens as per the weight of the material. If the material is unloaded into the hopper and receiver is empty, the flapper gate closes and the cycle of suction of the material from the bin restarts a gain with 3-5 seconds delay.
