Quality Policy / Processes

All quality requirements of the clients along with good and safe engineering practices are embedded in the equipments during the initial stages itself from selecting of the appropriate material to maintenance. Pre-processing quality control stages involve preparation of a Quality Assurance Plan [qap] acceptable to the client / consultant, inspection of materials and sub ordered materials at suppliers end, ensuring conformability of chemical, physical and performance requirements of the clients and codes. Test samples may be drawn where ever required to established the proprietary of the materials used.

In process materials and manufacturing processes go through a thorough check as per the approved QAP and the governing codes. Our internal quality control inspectors check materials used, to assure that they are as per the drawings, prepare stage wise inspection reports for making set ups, welding, finishing, etc. If a third party inspection is involved, then they are invited at the required stages as per the approved QAP to witness or review the quality.

All welders undergo a performance approval, along with the welding procedure established as per the ASME Sec.9 and AWS, 1.e. a PQR,WPQ and WPS is established before proceeding with the job.
Testing machines, gauges, etc., undergo periodical re-calibration tests to ensure their accuracies.
