Our High Pressure and High Temperature Valves
By making use of qualitative raw material including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel we manufacture high pressure and high temperature valves.

Our range of valves include high pressure globe valves (forged steel), high pressure non -return valves, high pressure globe valves, high pressure gate valves, cast steel high pressure non- return valves, soot blower head assembly, ERV isolation valves, burner trip valves and high pressure non- return valves type piston lift check.

Raw Material Used For the Production
For the production of high pressure and high temperature valves, we make use of qualitative raw material such as stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel. The raw material used for forging and casting is as follows:

Forging:

  • ASTM A105
  • A182 Gr. F22
  • A182Gr.F304

Casting:


  • ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB
  • A217 Gr. WC9
  • A351 Gr. CF8M / CF8.

By making use of these raw material, we manufacture our valves in accordance with the standards of BS, ASME, ANSI, DIN, and JIS. We make our valves in various options as per the customer’s specifications, which are given below:

  • Sizes from NPS 3/8 (DN 15) to 14 (DN 350) inches
  • Pressure ratings ranges from 1500# to 3000#
  • Working temperature from -29˚ c to 550˚c

Our manufacturing unit is supported by an in-house design unit with CAD/ CAM facility for making accurate designs for our valves. These facilities have enabled us to meet bulk demands from the market.

As an ISO 9001 – 2000 certified company, we are committed to provide quality valves to our clients. Our high pressure and high temperature valves are manufactured as per the standards of ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN and JIS.

Our quality policy states “We have faith and follow the optimum use of men, Materials and machinery to derive the customer satisfaction in terms of reliability, timely delivery and price”. According to this policy, we take following quality control measures:

  • We design our valves on the basis of customer’s specification and varied applications.
  • Raw material are standardized and are sourced from reputed IBR authorized forge and foundry industry
  • Subsequently, the raw material are subjected to both mechanical and chemical tests at recognized tested laboratories
  • Stage wise dimensional inspection is maintained and interchangeability is guaranteed in all our spares
  • Advance method of nit riding and stelliting to done for easy valve operation
  • Only recognized Gland packing material are used for increased service and quality of the valves
  • All welds are stress relieved and Die penetrant test done to ensure the weld quality
  • Overall Hydrostatic Test for required pressure is mandatory and is carried out technically qualified personnel for varying cycles depending on customer’s specifications.  Further, we are always inclined to absorb and implement new and Innovative ideas for process and product improvement.

We have advanced testing facilities such as hydro static test pump with 10000 PSIG capacity and a modern testing unit (Flanged end, Socket end& Butt end, 150# to 2500#).

For further quality assurance, we also provide the facility of inspection through IBR, LLYOD’ S Register of Shipping Third Party Inspection Agency. Our valves are subjected to continuous and regular quality audit for their dimensional and mechanical properties and checked for their test pressure conditions.



Research & Development
Our experienced team of research and development personnel carries out various researches, which helps us to improve the quality of our high pressure valves. Their researches also enable us to check whether there is any defect in the existing valves manufacturing process or not. Their researches are mainly based on the areas including design, raw material, and development process.

The new development is analyzed, with respect to the present resources of company. After ensuring its feasibility and effectiveness in making improvements in our valves, they recommend it to the concerned department for implementation in the production process.
