| Water Based PTFE Non-Stick Top Coats | |||||||
 These water based top coats have been formulated specially for use with seflon universal primers Black BP-507, Grey GP-1 and Yellow Brown Primer YB-1. These two coat systems provide high coverage with excellent non-stick performance and longevity. The coated surface is unaffected by oils, steam, water, cooking substances and general household chemicals. These two coat systems are suitable for interior non-stick finishes of general cookware, iron sole plates, photo copies heater rollers, biscuit dies, rubber industries, textile industries, etc. Colors available: Black metallic, Black, Grey, Green, Red, Pewter, Brown, Grey metallic, Kelly green, Kelly Green sparkle, Blue, Golden, Silver, etc. Pretreatment: Well degreased surface/aluminum oxide grit blasted surface coated with seflon universal primers BP-505 and GP-1 and Yellow brown primer YB-1

| Water Based One Coat Coatings | |||||||||
This water borne, long life, nonstick one coat finish has been specially developed for where the cost cutting is the main requirement with good nonstick properties. | Solvent Based Nonstick Coatings | |||||||||
These solvent borne, long life, nonstick one coat finishes have been formulated specially for iron sole plates, sandwich toasters, deep fryers, electric fry pans,etc. These coatings consisting of high temperature resins combined with PTFE, offers good thermal stability and resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Coating surface is unaffected by oils, water, steam, chemicals and solvents.

| Exterior Coatings | |||||||||||
 These solvent-borne, high temperature decorative one coat offer excellent thermal stability with resistance to abrasion. These coatings are unaffected by oils, fats, chemicals and other cooking substances. These coatings have been developed to meet the requirement for exterior decorations of cookware, bake ware and small appliances industries for such products as toasters, grills, sandwich toasters, food warmers. These are also suitable for certain industrial applications where a high performance heat resistant decorative coating can be of direct commercial benefit.

| Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) Coatings | |
 TFEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) nonstick coatings melt and flow during baking to provide smooth non-porous films. Because the coating is non-porous its chemical resistance is superb. FEP coatings are extremely non-wetting and have a very low coefficient of friction. This coating has excellent release properties and is often used as a mold release coating. FEP coatings can withstand a maximum use temperature of 450°F. This coating is typically applied to a thickness of 1-2 mils. |
