It is a combination of mechanical load structure and electronic headwork. It is designed by inserting a single “S” type load cell on connecting rod of transfer & inter- lever of mechanical structure which in turn gives the digital signal to the electronic indicator.Intelligent terminal, printer and PC interface is possible. Existing mechanical weighbridge can be converted to this system at a normal cost. The mechanical structure is based on 5 Lever.

These weighbridges are ideal for low – cost weighing solution and are manufactured from M.S. levers, supported by heavy duty Girders, M. S. stripped Plates which is bolted with Beams. Five lever or multilever system is available, depending upon capacity & length of the platform. Multilever system minimizes cost of civil construction, reduces freight, and installation  of labour cost. Multilever system has a longer life as the load on the platform is distributed over a greater number of knives & bearings.

“AMBIKA” is the first and only company to introduce Mobile weighbridges in Gujarat, India. These are most suitable for temporary sites e.g. Construction  sites. Ramps are steel fabricated, therefore do not need traditional cement  foundation. Conventional weighbridges need one to two months for commi-  ssioning after placing the order, whereas Mobile weighbridges takes only a couple of days for installation at site. The load cells are installed between the  frame and the top frame.

These type of weighbridges provides the easiest and quickest method of  obtaining axle weight of all types of road vehicles. There is a small platform of ( 2 Mtr x 3 Mtr size ) on which axles of the vehicles are being weighed. There will be a green signal light on the indicator, as soon as the first axle of  Vehicle is loaded on the platform. The indicator accepts the weight, green signal becomes steady and weight of first axle is recorded. In the similar way the weight of all the axles are recorded and then added to give total weight of the vehicle. These weighbridges are an accurate weighing system which can weigh any type  of  vehicle regardless of its length or the no. of axles it has.

 All exposed components are environmentally sealed to ensure long life. The platform accommodates a single axle so that a wide range of vehicles can be weighed correctly even though the platform sits on the surface. ( 1 )  Inserting a single “ S “ type load cell by connecting on rod between transfer Lever and Inter lever.

Shri “AMBIKA” Scale Mfg. Works is the first company to manufacture these type of weighbridges in Gujarat, India. It is a combination of two mechanical structures OR two fully electronic structures wherein a distance of 5 feet is kept between the two. In mechanical structure, each unit consists of five levers and finally, synchronised  to a single unit in the cabin by using a single “S” type load cell. In fully electronic structure, each unit consists of four load cells and finally synchronised to a single unit by using junction box. Intelligent terminal, printer and PC interface is possible in both the structure,inside the weigh cabin.
