We have more than 300 models of cylinders and mostly in stock for immediate delivery in Italy. It have six series of self contained cylinders like CS, C, CSM, TOP, SML, CISO having different sizes, load parameter, fitments and work at different temperature etc. The life of these cylinder is up to 10 Crores strokes if used according to the manufacturer advices.

Polyurethane Springs comes in Rod as well as Tubular. The outer diameter of these springs ranges from 12mm to 120mm. All sizes are available in our ex-stock. Polyurethane is a new wonder material, which combines the strength of plastic and elasticity of rubber. Polyurethane can sustain very high loads and higher hardness than rubber, Corrosion resistant, Low noise and Low cost. PU-springs exceed the capacity of coiled springs in generated forces and strokes in a similar space. This is accompanied by the non-compressibility and resiliency. Life expectancy is also very good. PU springs and pads are ideally used in Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures etc., where the action of stamping, forming, damping, cushioning involved.

Pads / Mats: The Pads and Mats are available in standard size ranges from 5mm to 40mm and size is 300mm x 300mm.

These mounts have an adjustable bolt, which moves the center wedge between top and bottom stationary wedges to provide lift, to the top wedge. Anti-Skid plate is provided on the top wedge therefore, machines are installed as free standing. Large supporting surface ensures solidity and rigidity. To ensure the highest levels of marking, please use reliable Stencils and electrolytic liquid. This Liquid consists of non-toxic and non-acidic mineral salts to avoid oxidation and corrosions.

Another indispensable element in the marking system is the Stencil, which bears what must be marked on the metal piece. With this stencil all the type of logos and images can be etched with surprising precision and faithfulness to the original.
