Electrolytic Etching machine are used to mark LOGOS or identification on untreated or finished surfaces (both flat as well as round surfaces). These machines are mostly used to mark on Bearing, Engine Valve, Piston Rings, Tools, Scissor, blades etc.

To ensure the highest levels of marking, please use reliable Stencils and electrolytic liquid. This Liquid consists of non-toxic and non-acidic mineral salts to avoid oxidation and corrosions.

Another indispensable element in the marking system is the Stencil, which bears what must be marked on the metal piece. With this stencil all the type of logos and images can be etched with surprising precision and faithfulness to the original.

Both motorized as well as non-motorized decoilers are available. This is used along with Straightener and feeder in order to automate the process for power press. This is used to hold the coil of sheet and de-coil the sheet as per the speed of power press. De-coiler posses the following characteristics:

• Self-Centering type Jaws (4 Nos.)
• Easy opening & closing of jaws controlled by handle
• Loop control System to control the speed of decoiling in case of Motorized and mechanical break in case of non-motorized
