Power Press Brakes (BPB Series)
Frame : "Balaji" Press brakes have a robust fabricated frame structure of high quality steel plates, rigid welded. Perfectly machined to ensure precise alignment. Extra strength is provided by cross support between housing of the frame.
Ram : Motorised ram adjustment with an automatic safety switch limits the up and down adjustment of the ram ram adjusting screw are of alloy steel and heat treated. The ball seat is hardened and grounded.
Clutch : Disc type high efficient specially designed for press brake is simple to adjust and easy to operate. Powerful brake is inter locked with clutch. It stops the ram on release of the treadle bar at anx. point of stroke.
Bearing : All bronze line bush bearings. Easy to replace, accurate and wise alignment can be maintain by them in between the operation.
Gear : Manufactured from special rolled steel material. They are accurately cut and sthess relieved for longer life and quiet running.
Standard equipment : Shot lubrication, stroke counter, treadle lock, flywheel and gear guards, electricals (main motor. panel, vee belts etc.). Ram adjustment motor above 25 tonnes, standard v block and punch. |

• Frame: It has well developed frame structure that is prepared with superior grade steel plates. It is rigid and has maximum strength that is due to cross support among the housing of frames. • RAM: It is provided along with motorized RAM adjustment and has an automatic safety switch. Its adjusting screws are made of alloy steel as per the requirement.
• Clutch: These are easy to adjust, efficient and are basically designed fro press brakes. Powerful brakes are interlocked with clutch for stopping the RAM on release of the trade bar at anxpoint of stroke.
• Bearings: provided with bronze line bush bearings that are easy to replace, accurate and can be maintained among the operation. • Gear: These gears are designed by using high grade rolled steel material and are highly durable and accurate.
• Standard Equipment: Shot lubricants, stroke counter, treadle lock, flywheel, gear guards, RAM adjustment motors above 25 tones and standard V block and punch.
