Bend version float switches are used for applications where in there is a mounting constraint from the top and require Normally Open Contacts. These bend version level switches have rugged construction and can be used for both indoor & outdoor applications.

It is a simple, user friendly and reliable switch for liquid level detection. By selecting an appropriate float and cable length, it can be used for small or long range detection of liquids, with or without impurities, sanitary applications like drinking water and also for explosive liquids or liquids in hazardous areas. Besides, by using a number of cable floats with appropriate fixation points, it can be used for multipoint detection.

It is a simple, low cost, point level controller designed for detection of conductive liquids, having low densities, high viscosities, containing solid particles and interface between nonconductive and conductive liquids.

Level switches with complete PP construction eliminate
corrosion of wetted parts. These level switches are used to avoid erosion of materials when they come to contact with corrosive liquids such as mineral acids, alkali solutions or oxidizers etc.,

Shridhan float valve is a mechanical contrivance fitted on the inlet line to stop the flow of liquid into the tank. If the liquids is drained from the tank the valve opens automatically, and lets the liquid in. The inlet pipe is closed automatically once the tank is filled. The inlet valve opens in proportion to the fluid level in the tank. The flow in to the tank is throttled gradually as the tank fills thereby preventing overflow.

It is an economical, maintenance free and reliable device used for high, low or intermediate point level switching. It is ideal for tanks with inaccessible
tops or bottoms and where insertion depths of top mounted models are exceeded.

MINI LEVEL SWITCHES - 'MHFS' : Are installed horizontally, and can be mounted vertically for some application like flow detection. They provide actuations at high, low or intermediate liquid levels and the switch action can be reversed by reorientation of mounting, so that "IT CLOSES" on rising liquid levels (NO) or on falling liquid level (NC).

MINI LEVEL SWITCHES - MVFS : Are installed vertically and can be side mounted through an elbow. They provide actuation high, low or intermediate liquid levels. The switch actions can be reversed from N/O to N/C & vice versa by simply changing the float direction.

These level switches have 10 different magnetic floats at 10 preset levels which give a percentage output in linearity. trouble free service in conductive / non-conductive liquids under widely varying temperatures, pressures, liquid viscosity and corrosive conditions. Besides, it provides high repeatability and effects of shocks / vibrations are minimal.
