With the help our modern manufacturing facility, we are able to conduct all kinds of pre-cured tread tyre production processes smoothly. There are many stages through which the products are made to pass during their manufacturing. Following are the main stages of the production process of retreading:

• Initial inspection
  
• Secondary inspection
  
• Final inspection
  

Initial Inspection:

We conduct the initial inspection of worn casing to evaluate its processing acceptability and then remove the unwanted old tread. This process is known as buffing. It gives a profile and surface texture in preparation for the application of a new tread.

Secondary Inspection:

Then conducts secondary inspection, during which time all necessary correction work is carried out before the continuation of the process.The application of a new tread or sidewall veneer is the next stage. This is the building process. After making sure that all criteria have been met in the built tyre, the operator moves on to the curing operation.

Curing or vulcanization can be carried out in different ways. This is conducted in an individual curing matrix (known as a mould) or in an autoclave, a vessel which takes a quantity of tyres. These are generally used for commercial vehicle tyres. During the curing process the physical properties of the tread change and the newly applied material forms a permanent chemical bond with the existing casing.

Final Inspection:

Final inspection is done after curing. This inspection helps to find out any defect which would spoil serviceability or the safety of user. Unacceptable tyre retreads are rejected and scrapped. We strictly follow stringent quality control measures right from the procurement of raw material to the packaging and delivering of goods. Every product undergoes a series of strict inspection procedures that minimize every possibility of quality degradation.
