Shrijee being the worlds leading suppliers of Continuous Vacuum Pans have supplied the Worlds largest Continuous Vacuum Pan of 180 meters for A massecuite to Kaset Thai Sugars in Thailand.
More than 70 installations of various capacities of Continuous Vacuum Pans have been supplied by Shrijee as on July 2003. Pans are designed to produce 20 tons massecuite per hr to 100 tons massecuite per hr for all A, B & C massecuite.

Shrijee developed Continuous Vertical Cooling Crystalliser in 1980 to assist the sugar mills in India for reduction of sugar loss in Molasses through maximization of exhaustion of mother liquor of the low grade strikes in Crystallisers.
Shrijee has installed more than 125 Continuous Vertical Cooling Crystalliser in India and abroad, thus proving the expectations by realization of space and power economies.
Shrijees Continuous Vertical Cooling Crystalliser is custom made to suit individual layouts and to ensure flow of high density, low purity and viscous massecuite a large annular area upto 30% of the area of main vessel has been provided for easy outflow of the massecuite.

The wet sugar end of drum has an anti-spill lip 200 mm deep at an angle of 120deg. to the drier length.
The air discharge is taken from the bottom of the drier head box.
The discharge end of the drum is fitted with a 316 S.S. circumferential 10 mm mesh screen 500 mm in length to separate the crystals from any lumps.
Comprises rotary drum with flights on selected angle so as to give an effective movement for sugar without disturbing the crystal shine.
Well facilitated with wet scrubbing system to control sugar dust and fully automatic system for regulating flow of hot air.
