  • PTFE (Teflon®) coated fiber glass fabric with balance flexibility and surface condition.
  • Premium grade PTFE (Teflon®) coated fiberglass fabric. Like Standard but with higher mechanical strength.
  • Silicon Rubber: Silicon Rubber coated fiberglass fabric. Superior release characteristic, particularly with sticky substance.
  • Keviar Fabric with PTFE (Teflon®) Coating: For exceptionally tough mechanical applications
  • Nomex-R(E): Nomex Paper one side/both side coated with epoxy resin.
  • Nomex-R(S): NomexPaper one side/both side coated with silicon.

We offers PTFE Coated Fiber Glass Fabric with Pressure Sensitive Silicone Adhesive on One Side for application requiring a more aggressive adhesive at high temperature.

When we talk of PTFE Coated Glass Fabrics, the most important and unavoidable area of application is in the Plastic & Packaging Industry. PTFE Coated Glass Cloth and One Side Adhesive Tapes are used to cover the heating element and on account of non-stick nature of PTFE the molten plastic or polythelene does not stick on the element while the packet is being sealed.

  • High performance fiberglass fabric tapes are made with high percentage coating of PTFE (Teflon®) Resin.
  • It is provided with a release liner/back up film to protect adhesive and increase the shelf-life of tape.

Engineered for performance in the most demanding belting applications, we are offering a range of conveyor belting that is fabricated with woven Fiberglass or Kevlar coated with PTFE (Teflon®) which gives best release, highest dielectric strength and greatest chemical resistance. An extremely smooth, non-stick surface, heat transfer and flexibility make it possible for use with sticky or gummy materials.

Typical application of these belts are as follows :

  • Garment Fusing - Made from a very tightly woven fiber glass cloth having thickness 0.25mm and 0.35mm, coated with conductive grade PTFE– Black in color, has the highest thermal conductivity (best heat transfer) are used for making Fusing Machine Belts
  • Flexible Packaging - Belts made from PTFE Glass Fabrics having thickness 0.25mm and 0.55mm with guiding systems are used for Belts on acma-wrap machines for detergent and soap cake packing.
  • Food Processing - Belts made from PTFE Glass Fabrics having thickness 0.15mm, 0.25mm are used for transporting quick frozen foods through freezing chambers and bakery items i.e. biscuits, confectionery items etc. through baking oven.
  • Heat Sealing - 2 layers of PTFE/Glass having thickness 0.15mm bonded in circular form uses in band sealer machines as sealing band. Its smooth finish and unique combination in thickness through out the circumferences are made possible steady flow of heat sealed pouches. Uses of 2 belts make the process of sealing and conveying the pouches from one end to other end.
  • Screen Printing Dryers/UV Dryers - For continuous curing process PTFE coated fiber glass open mesh 4mm x 4mm fabric conveyor belts are used in Rotory Printing and Relaxo Dryers for non-woven textile, textile printing, silk printing and dyeing, and high frequency UV Dryers for paper glazing and waxing

We offer a wide range of PTFE /TEFLON® coated open mesh conveyor belts for the Textile Industry. It provides cost efficient solutions to OEMs and Machine users. Our in house belt fabrication department can supply a wide variety of splices including Bullnose joint & Alligator joint, and edge reinforcement and guiding systems for specific requirements.

Features :


  • PTFE/Glass Mesh 4mm x 4mm is the most commonly used fabric for textile drying application which allow maximum airflow thus giving efficient operation with minimum heat loss. This material is available up to 4200 mm wide allowing us to give varying width as small as 300mm to 4200mm.

Most ideal splices for Dryer Belts are :

  • Bullnose Joint: Made of specially woven open weave mesh from KEVLAR thread. This extremely strong seam is then stitched to the Belts ends, resulting in an open weave Mesh Seam that does not block airflow.
  • Alligator Joint: Exceptionally strong splice is constructed with metal alligator lacing through which a pin is placed to complete the splice.
  • Edge Reinforcement: We offers a wide range of edge reinforcements for belts in order to protect the belt edges from wear, abrasion and snagging. The reinforcements strengthen the sides and support guide strips
