We Sri Niwas Dal Mill, got established 35 years ago with the motive of catering to various pulses and other food product demands of global markets. The range offered to clients include: Chana Dal, Black Channa, Besan Flour, Moong Dal, Toor Dal, Red Rajma, Black Eyed Beans, Kabli Channa, Green Mung Dal. Apart from producing, we are also engaged in import of some of the food products from known producers in market. It is ensured that the products are checked for infestation from pests, which are later send for further stages only after getting an approval from quality experts. We pay special care to hygiene while packing our products so that they meet the expectations of the client in the most effective manner.

We offer superior quality products to clients since more than three decades with the support of our promoters who have got their expertise in this field and share their experience with us. Our promoters include the names of:

• Sh. Mahender Kumar: He did his M. Sc. in Physics and currently working in the organization, sharing his part of experience, which helps us in knowing the technical know how of the industry.
• Sh. Subhash C. Singhal: He has got a vast knowledge of the field as he did his B. com. hons and later acquired the degree of FCA. His industry experience, knowledge of all the financial aspects have been supportive enough in proper functioning of our organization.
  
• Sh. Sant Kumar: With his extreme dedication and right approach in market, he has made us one of the most reputed names in market. Our team members work under the proper guidance of Mr. Sant Kumar and come out with highly productive results.

Each and every consignment of the products we offer is individually checked before it is finally packed and delivered to client. The entire process of producing, cleaning, packaging and delivery consist of following steps:

Selection of pulses: The pulses, which are to be supplied to client are finely selected from various agro regions in India and overseas market to ensure that we provide the best to client.

Filtration: We make sure that all the dals must undergo proper filtration and cleaning process. Our superior quality in house filtration machines perform the task of cleaning the impurities in the most effective manner.

Dehydration: The process of dehydration involves lowering of moisture content in the raw food products with the help of our high performing heating systems.

Processing and Crushing: We split and crush all the pulses and other food products into desired sizes, which might be customized as per clients demand.

De-husking: We remove the husk in the food items with the help of our advanced de-husking machinery, and the products are later dried in sun to enhance their quality.

Splitting and Grading: After the pulses are dried in sun, they get naturally split, which are further sorted and graded by our team members.

Cleaning: After all these procedure, the processed pulses are finally cleaned and all the impurities are removed with the help of machines.

We organize various workshops and seminars for our team members to keep them updated with the innovations and developments in agro field. This experience not only help them in improving the quality of the products, but also enrich their knowledge about the area in which they are working. Packaging and Warehousing Special attention is paid to the packaging factor in our work process in order to deliver superior quality products to the client. We make use of various packaging materials including jute, plastic etc. for packing different kind of food items. Our team of packaging experts keep an eye on the on going process and check every product individually so that they do not lack in any criteria.

We are also equipped with highly spacious storage house, which is very hygienic and have got various temperature controllers installed in them. We fumigate our products on regular basis to ensure their safety from pests, rodents etc. We have got proper labeled section for storage of each and every product.
