Versilok 2 Pack Hem Flange Adhesive system

1.     Versilok is an epoxy modified Acrylic system which eliminates any need for welding or induction curing for closure panels viz doors, hood etc

2.     Glass beads in the system allow immediate panel lock up and panel rigidity thereby eliminating any dimensional stability issue.

3.     It has two stage curing, initial curing  takes place at Room temperature within 18 minutes and the second stage curing takes place inside electrocoat oven so there is no chance of any adhesive washout in E Coat bath.

4.     The result is a dimensional stable closure panel with improved quality and lesser rejects.

5.     Can be used in conjunction with weld spots, welding can be done when the adhesive is still curing or on cured adhesive.
