History
Mr. Subhash Kotasthane, a Rubber Technologist, who holds a Licentiateship of the Institution of the Rubber Industry (LIRI), U.K, established the Company in 1975, and has over 35 years of experience. He is a leader who leads by example. His management style empowers every member to perform to maximum efficiency. His key areas of operations are product development, strategic planning, HRD and finance.
Today, we are an ISO 9001: 2000 company, certified by the American Quality System Registrar (AQSR), headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA

Facilities
Our plant in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, near Pune, is equipped with dedicated machinery and a Quality Control Laboratory maintains the quality of incoming raw materials. Testing of rubber compounds as per material specification is carried out in the QC Laboratory. A batch number is generated once the rubber compound is accepted, and then issued for the next operations of Molding or Extrusion.

Quality Control Laboratory
The Quality Control Laboratory maintains the quality of incoming raw materials, and keeps a stringent control on the quality of rubber compounds. Physical testing of the rubber compound as per material specification is carried out in the QC Laboratory. A batch number is generated once the rubber compound is accepted, and then issued for the next operations of Moulding or Extrusion. This batch number maintains traceability up to the customer end.
Oscillating Disc Rheometer from Future Foundation: In rubber compound development studies and production control, it is important to understand the effects of compound variation on curing characteristics. Thus, for every production batch, we verify the curing properties of our rubber compound, against the standard master curves.
