Incepted in the year 1995, we have carved a niche in the sheet metal manufacturing, heavy & light fabrication industry. We have made a distinct name in engineering services along with designing trolleys, electrical assembly panels, metal sheet containers etc of different size & shapes based on client’s specification. Our dedication towards providing high degree quality products has clinched ISO certification, an internationally recognized certification for high quality service. The company has come a long way in industry under profound guidance and leadership of its mentor Mr. Tushar V. Chavan, owner and chief executive officer. He, being an engineer, has succeeded in augmenting company’s efficiency and production output from time to time with his previous experience in the same field. Our product portfolio includes sheet metal products such as control panels, electrical instruments, electronic boards, welding equipments and other pressed components. Others are heavy fabrication such as structural fabrication & industrial sheds and light fabrication like tray, trolleys, racks, materials handling equipments, jigs & fixtures, windows & door, furniture etc. We also specialize in precision engineering works like dies and parts, flange for valves, pumps, heat exchangers etc. In addition to this we offer crucial work for clients apart from designing, development and supply of the work done at quality standards.     Infrastructure
    In order to set a landmark in the manufacturing and fabrication industry we have maintained advanced level infrastructural facilities at our manufacturing plant build on 5000 sq. ft. area. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with all kinds of necessary machinery and components. We utilize power press, power cutter, hexa machines, cutting machines, grinding machines, welding machine, lathe machine, power shearing, weigh machine, drill machine, power bending tools, CO2 welding machines and many more.

    We have employed CAD/CAM facilities at our in-house designing section that is used by our expert engineers to make optimum use out of it. Our R&D department is equipped with all kinds of equipment arranged in order to make researchers conduct smooth research work. Appropriate mechanical arrangements have been done to carry out hassle free movement activities in warehouse.


    Quality Assurance
    Shri Sai Industries has built up a reputation for reliability, quality and competitiveness through out the sheet metal engineering & fabrication industry. Our clients can rest be assured that the finished article is going to be of the highest quality because we always put emphasis on high degree quality raw material passed by our brilliant engineers and quality controllers.

    We have our own full functioning quality testing in-house arrangements. Finished articles are passed through standard parameters every time at all specific level of production line. Quality tests are done under standard lab testing circumstances for several physical properties tests such as durability, strength, elasticity, rain test, stretch & recovery, absorbency, and bow & skewness.


    Warehouse and packaging
    We are in the business of manufacturing such articles which are required to be used for longer time. Our warehouse is built up in a wide area which can store bulk amount of finished products. Once the finished article is prepared, they are sent to warehouse for storage. We maintain standard temperature inside the warehouse. Their handling is done by mechanized arrangements. All the activities inside warehouse are controlled by technically skilled and qualified workers under the guidance of experts.

    We package consignments as per client's specification. Our emphasis is always on steel strapping. We put finished articles in strong container and fasten them with steel straps so as to assure they may not get damaged while being displaced within warehouse.

This pool of talented technical experts optimize available infrastructure to meet aims of the company.     We cater to all types of industries throughout Maharashtra. Adding to that, we are capable of supplying outside the state in case certain cases arise. Today our procurement is limited to Pune, Bombay, Nashik and Indore, but we are all set to augment our business in terms of industries we cater to and areas we cover throughout the country. We are having long term planning to venture into exporting finished manufactured and fabricated sheet metal articles all sorts of products and services we deal in. We are also seriously planning to serve overseas client with out expertise.
