Pressure Sand Filter

Operated under pressure, the sand filter offered by us is specially manufactured from mild steel/FRP closed vessel. The vessel incorporates frontal piping that are fitted with valves. This multi grade filter has primal application, to remove the suspended solids till the minimum level.

A separate grade of filter media is used to pass the water through filter. Impurities are left at the filter bed and are flushed away by the ‘back flushing arrangement’. This keeps the filter bed always clean.

Fruit Vegetable Washer

The product is ideally used to wash fruits and vegetables. Jet spray action is used for thoroughly washing the products during the tumble rotation. Specifications of this power-efficient product are as follows:

Capacity: 1-2 T/Hr
Total length of drum: 8 x 3 feet

We also provide conveyor type fruit and vegetable washer. In this fruits/vegetables are fed into dump tank. Here the dirt is stirred up by the air blower. Fruits are collected on the conveyor & are sprayed at 2/3 stages. Its specifications include:

Storage Tank

One of our popular dairy products processing equipments, storage tank is manufactured by using various grades of stainless steel sheets such as SS304 & SS316. These tanks are used for storing huge volumes of milk, liquids and various other similar products. Our storage tanks are synonymous to hygienic storage solutions.

Bag Filter

Our bag filters are known to have a rugged and sturdy construction. Their general configuration includes filter cylinders that are enclosed within an operational metal housing. From the hopper inlet of storage discharge hopper, dust laden air makes an entry in the collector housing.

The dirty air is delivered to the hopper via suction or pressing. After an upward traverse, fine particles are collected on the filter bags. All our dig filters are able to handle stress and load. As per the specific requirements of our clients, we can fabricate the product.
