About Us

Shubam associates authorized applicators for Tech Dry India Pvt Ltd is started by Group of professionals headed by Mr. Ajitkumar .S.M. who worked with BPS Building protection systems pvt Ltd for more than decade and acquired rich knowledge of waterproofing and successfully executed several projects for Builders, Civil contractorand indusial clients in Bangalore.

Tech-Dry I Pvt. Ltd. is a company started by scientists and Engineers. In 1992, Dr.S.P.Bhatnagar started manufacturing waterproofing products in Bangalore under a joint collaboration company Tech-Dry I Pvt. Ltd., Our collaborators are Prof. Douglas A. Kagi of Tech-Dry Pvt. Ltd., Melbourne, Australia.

Soon after starting of manufacturing operations, it was realized by Tech-Dry to have own application company, there would always be gap between manufacturing and application. Building Protection Systems BPS was started in 1993 to fill this gap and since then it has steadily grown to become a leading application company.

Over the years, BPS Building protection systems Pvt Ltd has Successfully completed large numbers of prestigious projects by using Tech Dry India Pvt Ltd Products.

Please note that Protekta series of compounds that we will be using are based on latest technology developed in Australia and are being manufactured in India by Tech-Dry India pvt ltd. The Protekta series of compounds are an invention of Victoria University of Technology Melbourne, Australia and has been in use for more than 20 years worldwide. The technique is unique since it works in impregnation of a colorless, non-toxic liquid into substrate without affecting the surface. It thus creates hydrophobic barrier and prevents any further water absorption without affecting the normal respiration of the building.
