The screw conveyors are also known as Aechimedian screw. All the machines are comprised of screw inside a hollow pipe that contains a tube which is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyor to the other. The overhead two wheel heavy duty conveyors we manufacture are an automatic and integrating space storing as well as delivering system. These are extensively used for delivery, lift, storage and scientific production management. The conveyors find application automobile industry. Power chain is use to operate these conveyors, which are X-348, X-458 and X-678. The loading capacity of these conveyors is ranging from 250 kgs, 1000 kgs and 4000 Kgs.
 
It has a tension unit which is fitted at the end of a 180 degree horizontal standard loop and compresses two short lengths of track, connected together by two adjustable sliding systems. These are attached with screws that are further fitted with springs.
 
The conveyor chain is available in the following specifications in terms of sizes such as:

• 458 (Capacity 200 Kg)
• 678 (Capacity 600 Kg)

The conveyors have the capacity to carry load up to 1000 kgs or more when the two trolleys are attached. A T.E.F.C. Motor runs the drive unit machine. It also has a worm lessening gear box that is connected to the drive sprocket, with the help of "V" belts and "V" pulleys. Each of its unit is attached with a shear pin device that defends the conveyors from accidental damage caused due to overload or jamming.
