Coil Type Boilers

Instant steaming boilers, the coil type boiler is a marvel of reverse flame technology. Fully automatic, Oil fired, water tube steam generator of coil type construction. The furnace has airtight helical coil of membrane wall construction, placed inside suitably sized shell assembly and double jacketed ms shell with aluminium radiator. Preheated combustion air, integral economiser and three-pass design provide further boost to efficiency. A Unique feature available in only our coil type boilers is the integral steam superheater, which removes the trace moisture in the steam and prevents moisture carry-over, a common problem in other coil type boilers. This boiler is capable of generating steam within 3 - 5 minutes of cold start and utilizes long residence time of flue gases to provide superb combustion efficiency. A number of safeties ensure safe unattended operation. These boilers are available in wide range from 100 Kg/Hr to 850 Kg/Hr. These boilers are outside the purview of Indian Boiler Regulations (Non-IBR).




Shell Type Boilers

As the name implies, shell type boilers don't have any coil system. These are of vertical construction in lower capacities from 50 to 400 Kgs/Hr and from 500 to 800 Kgs/Hr, they are of horozontal construction. There are different sections in the unit comprising of water preheater, furnace, steam generation unit, steam superheater and economiser etc.


A very compact boiler in the range of 50 Kg/Hr & 100 Kg/Hr, this has a footprint of only 2 feet wide and 3 feet depth. Can be installed almost anywhere. Fully automatic operation is achieved through automatic pressure-jet atomising burner, pressure switch and water level control switches. Multiple level of safeties are incorporated in this unit, thus making it safe for unattended operation. It does not have any coil, thereby removing the hassles or periodic descaling and coil repairs or replacements. Adequate heat transfer area implies lower heat flux & lower thermal stresses. Ample steam storage provides for better efficiency at all operating levels and totally moisture free steam. It boasts of three-pass design, glass wool insulation, powder coated exterior, noiseless operation and lower connected electrical load. This boiler is most suitable for hand presses of T-shirt/summerwear/garment units, sauna baths, steam baths in hotels, pilot plant projects, small textile finishing units etc.

This is a solid fuel fired steam boiler having much lower running cost than oil or gas fired boilers. Essentialy suited for those having big and continuous demand of steam, this boiler can work on wood, coal, agro waste etc. Excellent dry steam, great steam storage and automatic operation are unique features of this technological marvel. It has built in steam superheater, economiser and even air preheater. Low heat flux provides steam constantly and thoughout the load range at optimum efficiency. Boilers having steam capacities in the range of 100,200 & 300 Kg/Hr are available in vertical model. For sizes above 400 Kg/Hr, the construction is horizontal, fire tube design thus having lower descaling problems.

For many process applications, Thermic Fluid heaters offer a much more comprehensive , efficient and economical mode of heating than using steam or electrical heating. A thermic fluid heated system is essentially a closed circuit system wherin the heated fluid leaves the heater , goes to the process , transfers heat to the fluid being heated and then returns back to get heated again. Main benefits includes high efficiency of heat transfer, long thermic fluid life no corrosion or scale problems, no boiler regulations and possibility of high temperature to the tune of 300 degree C at near atmostphere pressure.We manufacture a wide range of thermic fluid heaters for various applications.

These heaters are designed on the basis of once-through , forced circulation, coil is placed inside a combustion chamber.Combustion air is fed through the outer set of concentric shells to preheat the air, thus ensuring better efficiency.A fully automatic burner, complete control panel, a number of safety features, high temp.recirculating pumps, instrumentation etc are the standard features incorporated in these heaters.

Hot Air System Generator

Hot Air Generator is a diesel/LPG or wood fired system which produces Hot air directly through indirect heating. The flue gases from fuel burning do not come in contact with fresh air which is being heated and consequently the hot air generated is free from any odour, carbon particles or soot. This hot air can be fed directly to existing tumblers, dryers, chambers or whenever hot air is desired. The hot air generated is free from moisture and can attain a temperature of upto 250°C. In most of the cases, the savings are in the range of 65-70% over Electrical or steam heated systems.
