High efficiency Storage Type Hot water Unit

We have a unique multi-pass submerged exchanger counter-flow design. The Gas Fired Hot Water System consists of a customized water tank, designed on the basis of customer's requirement. The stainless steel heat exchanger is fitted inside the tank and burner fires inside this heat exchanger. The flue gases pass through multiple passages to provide optimum residence time and consequently best efficiency. Since the complete heat exchanger assembly is submerged inside the tank, the heat produced is extracted from all sides, leading to very low flue gas losses and high fuel utilization. This means that al the heat generated by burning fuel goes directly to the water. This gives lowest running cost, highest efficiency and fastest heating.

The tank is completely insulated with glass wool to further prevent heat losses and lower running costs. The unit comes with a fully automatic control panel fitted with Temperature controller, stainless steel low water safety switch, Italian gas / oil burner etc. Low water safety switch is for additional safety of the unit. It will not let the burner fire if there is not sufficient water in the tank, thus protecting the whole unit. The unit is powder coated from outside and look aesthetically superior. It also saves the unit from moisture, rust etc.
