Our sibutramine is highly effective in acting as a neurotransmitter reuptake inhibitor responsible for the reduction of reuptake of serotonin(by 53%), norepinephrine(by54%), and dopamine(by 16%), thereby causing increment in the levels of these substances in synaptic clefts and hence enhancing satiety.
