Product Development & Quality Control
Shubhya International follows systematic procedures for product development according to the most rigorous industry practices. We coordinate the transfer of information between customer & supplier, follow- up the development of jigs & tools involved, carry out first samples inspection reports and product validation as per the project plan agreed by the customer.
We closely monitor the deadlines of the different development phases. Regular supplies will start only after getting the samples or prototypes approved by the client.
We conduct pre-dispatch Quality Control in India to certify that the product complies with the customer’s requirements. We help our customers to operate their international transactions by minimizing the risk of receiving non-conforming products. It is important to avoid rejections in international trade as the goods can not be easily sent back to the source.
We prepare the necessary Quality reports before releasing the lot. Goods are carefully inspected by our in- house Quality inspectors or on buyer’s request by third party such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Cotecna, QSS for Quality, Quantity and Technical compliance prior to shipment. We monitor the quality control procedures more closely thus improving the level of service to our valued clients.
We work in collaboration with tier one freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure we provide fully comprehensive logistical support regardless of the location.
