Our Quality Norms
Quality is one issue on which we never compromise. Being an ISO 9001:2000(TUV) certified firm, we are one of the few names to supply defect-free products. At our premise, we follow various types of tests & inspections to examine the product quality. We also ensure that all the wires & cables are tested for conductor resistance, which is influenced by the dimensions, construction, processing, conditions and property of the material. This is followed by high voltage test, which is an accelerated test, carried out at a higher voltage for a shorter duration.
We also conduct annealing test, which is applicable for copper only. This test is basically carried out to check the ductility of copper. At our premise every process like packaging and distribution also falls within the purview of our quality system. In addition to this we also provide complete technical product data-sheets, which normally include information like product measurements, amperage, accessories, and much more.
