Entirely made in alloyed CrVn steel, our diaphragm springs are used by the most important car and lorry clutch manufactures. The spring sare produced on an automatic production line and with the most modern criteria of quality control.

Both Solutions have been studied in co design with great washing-machines manufactures. Our Shock-absorber range includes an economical type and a variable load type. We also sell mechanical suspensions.

The Family of the clamping rings, manufactured with a rolled wire, derives from the coiling technology.

Chemical Properties

• SHYAM suspensions are available in the following gradations namely EN (British), SAE (US),JIS (Japan) & DIN (Germany) and ISI 3431.
• Macro etching for surface and internal defect.
• Hardness after heat treatment it is tested for micro structure and depth of DECARBURISATION.

We have developed a new series of normalized springs for dies which are easily recognizable by their colours. The Whole range is produced with alloyed CrVn material.

Our Springs are used for car suspensions. Our brake springs, conceived in classical shapes, compression, conical, barrel biconical, are produced with prehardened CrSi material. The range includes 4mm to 16 mm diameter wire coiled springs.

Chemical composition
SHYAM'S U-Bolts are available in the following grades namely EN 15, EN 19, En 14B, M.S. & any other material specified by the customers. It is also tailor-made special customers.
