Si2 has three business divisions; ASiP - customer and application specific SiP solutions, FSiP ? Standard and semi-custom SiP solutions for wireless applications, & ODM ? turnkey system and sub-system manufacturing business with design expertise in the area of telecommunication systems like IAD, and SDRAM Memory Modules for PC and other appliances. Our solutions support a global customer base requiring commercial, military and space applications.
