| LEVLLER HSD is an excellent dispersing & leveling agent for disperse dyeing of polyester & its blends in the fiber, yarn & fabric form. LEVELLER HSD gives improved brilliancy, fastness & softer feel with partial removal of ‘oligomer remover’ products. It also eliminates use of anti-creasing agents dispersing agents & deformers.
Salient Features
- Reduced ‘Hold time’ due to initiation of exhaustion at lower temp; thus reducing formation of oligomers.
- Better exhaustion hence lesser amt of dye required i.e. about 10% reduction in dark shades
- Bio-degradable hence lower effluent treatment cost.
- LEVELLER HSD does not require additional time for migration phase their by leading to saving in time & energy.
- Does not cause a drop in strength(dye) unlike other leveling agents.

DOSAGES for Fabric (MLR 1:9)
- Dark shades : 0.3 gpl
- Medium shades : 0.45 gpl
- Light/Critical shades : 0.65 gpl
- Temperature gradient: 60 -100ºC: 2ºC/min, 100 -135ºC: 3ºC/min
- Time : 30min at 135ºC
For Yarn (MLR 1:10)
- Dark shades : 0.3-0.6 gpl
- Medium shades : 0.6-1.2 gpl
- Light/Critical shades : 1.2-1.8 gpl
- Temperature gradient : 60 -100ºC : 3ºC/min 100 -135ºC : 3ºC/min
- Time : 40min at 135ºC
For Fiber (MLR 1:4)
- Dark shades : 0.6-1.25 gpl
- Medium shades : 0.25-0.6 gpl
- Light/Critical shades : 0.25-0.5 gpl
- Temperature gradient : 60 -100ºC: 3ºC/min 100 -135ºC: 1.5ºC/min
- Time : 25min at 135ºC
General Sequence to Be Followed For Leveller HSD
- Load the fiber or yarn or fabric and fill the machine with water as per MLR.
- At 45ºC add acetic acid and acid buffer, seq. agent & anti-creasing as per given recipe. Hold for 10 minutes at same temperature.
- Check the pH i.e. 4 - 4.5 and raise the temperature to 55ºC.
- Add LEVLLER HSD at this temperature and hold for 5 minutes.
- At 60ºC add properly dissolved and filtered disperse dyes solution slowly for 10 minutes
- After completion of dye addition hold at this temperature for 10 minutes
- Start rising the temperature as per given rate in above recipe & hold as given in above recipe
- Check the sample shade, if found o.k. then cool or drain the dye bath & proceed for R.C
- PACKINGS: 50 kg fiber drum
- STORAGE: Keep in cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat source.
- SHELF LIFE: When kept at below 30o C the product is stable for at least six months from date of production.
- TRANSPORT: Product is not hazardous for transportation and is not classified as marine pollutant.

Item Code: Cottons LEVELLER DRS is a superior leveling agent for cotton dyeing with Direct, Reactive and Sulphur dyes with excellent anti-creasing properties. LEVELLER DRS is suitable for dyeing of piece goods, yarn, slub and fibre.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES :

- Appearance : Yellow brown liquid

- pH of Soln : 5.5 +/- 0.5
SALIENT FEATURES: - Highly efficient leveling agent
- LEVELLER DRS gives improved and even dye exhaustion.
- Does not cause a drop in strength(dye) unlike other leveling agents.
- Reduces end to end shade variation in jigger dyeing.
- Lower dosages.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
The dye bath is prepared with pre-requisite quantity of diluted LEVELLER DRS along with sequestarants (optional), run for few minutes, now introduce well diluted dye stuff and run the machine as per program.
For deep shades : 0.75 - 1.5 gpl
For Pale & Critical shades : 0.5 – 1.0 gpl
PACKING : 50 Kgs HDPE Drums.

| Synergetic Phosphonates | | |
| Item Code: Kapache-CL Kapache CL is a synergetic combination of different phosphonates with a very high thermal stability. It is an extremely powerful sequestrant and very effective in the presence of chlorine, alkaline earths and heavy metal ions.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
- Appearance : Colourless to yellow liquid
- Chemical Composition : Proprietary formulation of different phosphonates
- Specific Gravity at 25° C : 1.12
- pH of 1% Solution : Less than 2
- Sequestering Value : 320 – 350 mg CaCo3 per gm of Kapache cl
- Solubility : Miscible in all proportions
APPLICATION
Kapache CL can be used in pretreatment (i.e. desizing, scouring), bleaching and dyeing baths as it has very good stability towards oxidizing agents, alkali and chlorine but preliminary trials must be carried out during dyeing with metal containing dye stuff. The dosage amount depends on the water hardness and the heavy metal content. Normally recommended dosage would be 0.3gm – 0.7gm/lit of water. Water is treated depending upon its characteristics, we can give suitable products depending upon the nature of water
