Cellzyme SS is a acid stable enzyme, which act on denims to aggravate the abrasions on indigo denims / dyed garments to give a excellent contrast effect. Cellzyme SS gives quick stone wash effect, abrasion, surface polishing and permanent softness on denim and dyed garments. Cellzyme SS also reduces the amount of pumice stone necessary thereby decreasing waste and associated water treatment costs.

Application Details :

Desize garments with Desizer 9000, adjust pH of the bath to 4.5 ~ 5.5. Maintain Liquor ratio in the region of 1: 10 and temperature between 50 ~ 550C. Use abrasion times of 25 ~ 60 minutes and application ratios of 0.6 ~ 1.0% (OWG), depending on effects warranted and conditions of use. Over-dyed denim garments can also be treated with Cellzyme SS.

Biopol GNL is proprietory liquid acid cellulase enzyme intended to be used as an anti-pilling, bio-polishing enzyme for garments, fabrics, terry towels (Cotton, PC, PV) and hoisery in jet dyeing machines, drum washing machines, winch machines and soft flow machines. Goods treated with Biopol GNL enhances the luster and gives permanent softness. Biopol GNL contains chemicals that help retain the initial shade and dye of the fabric with improved fabric physical attributes, the product is totally biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Neutra Conc AD is buffered, Buffered Neutral Type Cellulose Enzyme (Neutraconc AD) preparation  in non-dusty granular powder form intended for use in the industrial laundry to treat cellulosic material and denims.

Neutra Conc AD works with a pH range of 5.5 to 8.0, at temperature between 300C to 650C. Optimum operating conditions are pH 6.0 ~ 7.0 and temperature at 400C to 500C.

Neutra Conc AD gives high contrast stone wash effect on denim fabric, durable softening, peach –skin effect on denims and cellulosic material with very minimum back staining and loss in tensile tear strength. Treated denims give clear large dots and excellent contrast with grayish cast.

Neutra Conc AD enzymic activity in treating denim is exceptionally long. Within its recommended operating parameters, it can last more than 180 min, while maintaining its excellent back staining properties.

Neutra Conc AD is a non- hazardous, non-flammable and totally dispersible in warm water. It is user friendly and easily bio- degradable.

User's Recommendation:

Material to be treated is desized with Desizer 9000

• Usage : 0.4% to 1.0% O.W.F.
• Temperature : 500C to 550C
• Time : 45min to 90min

Storage : To store in cool under shade to prolong shelf life of product. Never expose product to direct sunlight and heat. Keep container lid air tight when not in use to prevent possible contamination to the product due to humidity.
