| Cellzyme SS is a acid stable enzyme, which act on denims to aggravate the abrasions on indigo denims / dyed garments to give a excellent contrast effect. Cellzyme SS gives quick stone wash effect, abrasion, surface polishing and permanent softness on denim and dyed garments. Cellzyme SS also reduces the amount of pumice stone necessary thereby decreasing waste and associated water treatment costs.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES :
- Appearance : Brown viscous liquid
- Sp. Gravity : 1.10 +/- 0.1
- pH of Soln : 5 +/- 0.5
APPLICATION DETAILS : Desize garments with Desizer 9000, adjust pH of the bath to 4.5 ~ 5.5. Maintain Liquor ratio in the region of 1: 10 and temperature between 50 ~ 550C. Use abrasion times of 25 ~ 60 minutes and application ratios of 0.6 ~ 1.0% (OWG), depending on effects warranted and conditions of use. Over-dyed denim garments can also be treated with Cellzyme SS.

Item Code: Biopol-GNL Biopol GNL is proprietory liquid acid cellulase enzyme intended to be used as an anti-pilling, bio-polishing enzyme for garments, fabrics, terry towels (Cotton, PC, PV) and hoisery in jet dyeing machines, drum washing machines, winch machines and soft flow machines. Goods treated with Biopol GNL enhances the luster and gives permanent softness. Biopol GNL contains chemicals that help retain the initial shade and dye of the fabric with improved fabric physical attributes, the product is totally biodegradable and eco-friendly.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES :
- Appearance : Light Brown
- Odour : Slightly fermented product smell
- Solubility : Water soluble pH of 1%Soln : 6.0 +/- 0.5
APPLICATION DETAILS :
After pretreatment & dyeing of fabrics, adjust pH of the bath to 4.5 ~ 5.5. Maintain Liquor ratio in the region of 1: 10 and temperature between 50 ~ 55 deg. Cent. Use abrasion times of 25 ~ 50 minutes and application ratios of 0.6 ~ 1.0% (OWG), depending on effects warranted and conditions of use. |

| Item Code: Peronil-CE Peronil CE is a specially designed enzymatic liquid preparation intended for use in the dye house to neutralize peroxides immediately after fabrics couring/semi-bleach process before dyeing with reactive dyestuff. The use of Peronil CE against the traditional use of reducing chemicals will result in: - Time savings

Peronil CE does not stain fabrics or react with dyestuff. It is a water based product that has excellent biodegradability.
