Waxof is a Carboxylic amide derivative cationic fabric softener, designed to give a soft, fluffy & velvet like feel. It has minimal yellowing tendency. It is suitable for Natural, Synthetic fibers & blends. It is very stable to hard water.

Further hydro extract & dry Padding method Pad with 20 60 gms / lit of Waxof depending on desired results.
SUPERSOFT 1111 is a fatty acid condensate concentrated cationic softener for use in textiles as a finishing agent. SUPERSOFT 1111 is easily soluble in cold water imparting excellent surface softness on dyed as well as prints. SUPERSOFT 1111 also improves the sew-ability of knits and wovens.

Procedure For Dilution:
Take 10 – 20 kgs of flakes and slowly add in 50 – 80 litres of water with continuous stirring. Stir it for about 1 hr and then keep the paste overnight. Next day, start using as per requirement. Alternately, add 10 kgs of SUPERSOFT 1111 flakes to 90 litres of water & leave overnight. Hand stir & start using the product next day onwards.

Application Methods:
Being cationic SUPERSOFT 1111 will have affinity for fibres and can therefore be applied by exhaust methods. A pH of 6.0 to 7.0 is recommended for maximum exhaustion. It is also applicable by pad or immersion/ squeeze technique, the bath being continuously recharged during the process.
NANOSIL is a highly emulsified, amino reactive micro-silicone emulsion intended for use as a high grade, silicone softener product for the textile / garment wet processors. NANOSIL is easily dilutable in cold to warm water, at temperatures of between 150C to 500C, under light stirring. It is a advisable to pre-dilute this product with suitable clean, slightly acidic cold to warm water (pH 4.5-6) before actual application. NANOSIL is compatible with most non-ionic and cationic textile auxiliaries, softeners and chemicals. Prior tests are required to ascertain its compatibility.

Exhaust method:
Maintain M L R to 1:6 & temperature to around 45 deg. C. Depending on desired results, treat with 0.2 – 1 % o.w.f. of Nanosil, adjusting the pH to 5 – 5.5 with acetic acid, for about 20 – 30 minutes. Further hydro extract & dry. Padding method: Pad with 1 – 5 gms / lit of Nanosil, depending on desired results.
Typical Diluting Conditions:
Temperature of Diluting Water : 150C to 500C.

Avoid high temperature, alkaline pH. Slow speed stirring suffice.
Avoid water contaminated with iron and copper ions.

Further hydro extract & dry Pad with 5 -15 gm/lit (for cellulose) & 3 - 10 gm/lit (for synthetics) of Zensof NY, depending on desired results.
