| Item Code: Chemisize-ED Chemisize ED is a chemical desizing agent for denims and grey fabrics, which avoids the use of wetting and reduced quantity of lubricating. Chemisize ED gives excellent desizing of natural and synthetic sizes yielding softer handle and better dyeability. The use of this product does affect the quality of treated goods although a slight loss in weight of the treated goods is expected due to removal of starch and synthetic sizes from the treated fibres.

USER’S RECOMMENDATION : For effective penetrations and removal of oils, waxes, synthetic and natural sizing materials we recommend 3 - 6 gpl Chemisize ED at temperature of 45 oC for 25 - 30 min followed by rinsing in cold water and subsequent process.
PACKING : 50 kg plastic drum

Item Code: Ecoscour-HO Ecoscour HO is a chemical / enzyme combo product designed for scouring and pretreatment of cotton, P/C goods prior to the dyeing and finishing processes. Ecoscour HO in combination with hydrogen peroxide in a one bath process will remove cotton motes, breaking down pectin, lignin, natural cotton colourings, salts, waxes, ash and other cellulosic impurities before dyeing, thereby dramatically improving the evenness and absorption of dyes and auxiliaries in the dye bath. Use of Ecoscour HO improves the reproducibility and yield of dye batches, reducing overall cost, effluent treatment and process time. Advantages of using Ecoscour HO, in comparision with the conventional caustic or hydrogen peroxide process: - Increased treated cotton yield: Ecoscour HO reduces excessive cotton weight loss during the scouring process by conventional caustic process by about 3% to 5%.
- Increased absorbency : Increased dye depths, levelness of dyeing.
- Increased softness, their reducing cost of softening
- Reduced waste water pollution: No addition of auxiliaries like bleach stabilizer wetting and emulsifying agents, detergents, defoamers etc. Just Ecoscour HO and hydrogen peroxide.
- Finished bath pH values are 8.5 +/- 1 in comparison to pH of 13 – 14 by caustic process. Besides Ecoscour HO helps reduce usage of neutralising chemicals, catalases & number of rinses – thus saving on production time, water & chemicals.
- Reduced worker fatigue: Just weigh in Ecoscour HO and hydrogen peroxide- no handling of other chemicals needed.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
Appearance: Light Tanned, free flowing non-dusty powder, granular
pH value (1g/l): 10 +/- 1
Solubility: soluble in warm to hot water, under agitation
USER’S RECOMMENDATION: 1.Cellulosic Yarn Pretreatment/scouring : (Kier dyeing machine) Dosages: - 2-3gpl of Ecoscour HO (to be pre dissolved in 70o C hot water)
- 2.5 – 6 gpl of Hydrogen peroxide 50%
- Liquor ratio about 1:10
Temperature 90oC – 100oC Duration of treatment 45 – 60 min Dose in dissolved Ecoscour HO into the machine, run for 5 mins at below 50oC, then add in hydrogen peroxide, raise temp to 90 – 100 oC, run for 45 – 60 mins. Drain, rinse(hot) for 15 mins. Fill in cold, new bath, adjust pH with acetic acid to 6 –7. Add Peronil CE run for 15 – 20 mins, add in dyes & auxiliaries in same bath, continue dyeing process.
2. Cellulosic/cotton woven fabrics (Soft Flow/Winch machines) Dosages:
- Ecoscour HO : 2 - 3gpl
- H2O2 : 3 - 6gpl
- Liquor ratio : About 1 : 10
- Temperature : 90 – 100 deg C
- Treatment Duration : 45 – 60 mins
Add pre dissolved Ecoscour HO in machine, run for 5 mins at below 50 deg C then add in Hydrogen Peroxide. Raise temp to between 90 – 100 deg C. Run for 40-60 mins. Drain, rinse in warm bath (60 deg C) for 15 mins. Fill in cold, new bath, adjust pH with acetic acid to 6-7. 3. Cellulosic / cotton woven fabrics (continuous range) Dosages: - Ecoscour HO : 8-15 g/l
- H2O2 : Up to 60 g/l (depending on fabric)
- Wet pickup : 60% - 100%
- Duration in Hot Box : 30 – 60 min
To be followed by hot rinse, cold rinse with acetic acid neutralization before dyeing & printing. P
PACKINGS : 40 / 50 kg fibre drum STORAGE : Keep in cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat source.
Shelf Life : When kept at below 30o C the product is stable for at least six months from date of production.
TRANSPORT : Product is not hazardous for transportation and is not classified as marine pollutant. |

| Item Code: Delev-DBS Delev DBS is a chemical desizing agent meant especially for polyester/cotton denims and grey fabrics, which avoids the use of wetting and reduced quantity of lubricating agents. Delev DBS gives excellent desizing of natural and synthetic sizes yielding softer handle and better dye ability. The use of this product does improve the quality of treated goods although a slight loss in weight of the treated goods is expected due to removal of starch and synthetic sizes from the treated fibres.
