Cationic Emulsion Polymer
Deepsof is a slightly cationic emulsion polymer of re-equilibrated organo functional polysiloxane, characterized by even macro particle size distribution of dispersed polysiloxane. It is applicable on woven, non woven polyester-cotton blends.

Compatibility : Compatible with cat Ionics & non Ionics. Not compatible with an Ionics.

Application :
Deepsof can be applied by exhaustion & padding methods.
Exhaust Method Depending on desired results, treat with 1 – 3% o.w.f. of Deepsof, adjusting the pH to 5 – 5.5 with acetic acid, for about 20 – 30 minutes. Further hydro extract & dry.
Padding Method Pad with 10 – 25 gms / lit of Deepsof depending on desired results. Packing : 50 kg HDPE Drums
Microbe Guard is a specially developed, weak cationic, very low yellowing, high grade softener intended to used as a hand builder and surface feel modifier on fabrics garments of various blends of fibers. It also acts as durable antimicrobial / anti odour finish. This product imparts superior hand-feel both in the fiber and on the surface of the treated goods. Treated fiber and fabric will experience increased wettability, improved elasticity, anti-static properties apart from the durable antimicrobial, anti-odour properties. Microbe Guard can be applied on to undergarments, fabrics both knitted and woven, is especially suitable for the hotel, restaurant, institutional sanitary and softening use on fabrics / textile garments.

Hydro Guard is a multi polymer based composition for use in the textile and garment applications. It is a non-hazardous, non flammable and non-carcinogenic water based product designed for use as water, oil and dirt repellant. Hydro Guard is easily cross linked to cellulosic fibres at high temperatures and high liquor. It can be easily applied and cured at temperatures between 110 C to 130 C. Fabrics treated with Hydro Guard will exhibit smooth hand feel improved tear strength and fabric/garment wrinkle resistance with no loss in dye shade of the fabric. Hydro Guard yields durable water repellency effects and soft hand feel, which can last at least 5 to 10 laundry washes. It is easily dilutable in cold to warm water, at temperature of between 20 C 50 C. Recommended liquor ratio can be between 1:10 to 1:15.
Dilution conditions:
Temperature of diluting water : 20 C to 40 C.
pH of water : 6 +/- 1.0
Application Amount :
10 ~ 20 gpl Hydro Guard can be applied by exhaust, spraying or by padding at 70% to 100% wet-pick up. Treated fabric can be dried and cured between 90 C to 130 C. Hydro Guard can be applied in the following areas:
On knitted and woven material after dyeing processes.
On denim garment after treatment in the laundries.
On domestic items like fabric of sofa sets, curtains, jackets, suits etc.
For hospital usage on bed linens, pillow casings etc.
On army uniforms.

pH of 10 gpl soln : 5.0 +/- 0.5
Avoid high pH and high speed stirring of the solution.
Avoid contaminated water, especially with iron and copper ions.

Storage : Store under shade to prolong shelf life of the product. Never expose to direct sunlight.
Transport : Product is non flammable by itself and is non Hazardous for transportation
Shelf Life: 6 to 9 months when stored below 300C. Avoid Heat, sunlight & freezing the products.
U V SCREENS is developed specifically to protect premature fading of indigo dyestuff in the processed stage. As all bleached or washed denim fabrics, garments experienced exposures to nitrogen oxide (Present in air) and Sunlight (Ultraviolet ray), the formation of ozone gas (O3), then leads to the natural fading of indigo dyestuff. The presence of 1 part of Ozone gas may discolor up to 10 parts indigo dyestuff, if unprotected. The U V SCREENS OF contains silicone preparations in protecting the indigo dyes while imparting a soft and slippery handle to the fabrics and garments. This product also improves the elasticity and tear strength of the treated garments/fabrics.
