Chain Conveyor The chain
conveyors that we manufacture are used for feeding hot billet and forging
press. These have two ejectors, one is used for dropping out under heated
billets and another one is used for rejecting the over heated billets. To
undertake this operation pneumatic cylinders are used. The technical
specifications of the chain conveyors are as follows:
- Linear Speed: UP TO 50
MTR/MIN
- Chain: TI DIAMOND MAKE, 1¿,
1.5¿ TRIPLEX,
- Can carry hot billets up to 1000
Deg. C.

| Slat Conveyor The slat
cooling conveyors are designed for cooling conveyor for trimmed forging soon
after the trimming press. For the assembly purpose we use qualitative material
sourced fro verified source. We also customize our entire gamut of these
conveyors as per the specification detailed by the customers. Following are the
features of the slat cooling conveyor:
- The speed conveyor is slow
with linear speed up to 5 mtr/min
- To adjust temperature at exit
of conveyor VFD is used to control linear speed
- To get maximum cooling it I
fitted with Tube axial fans
- To get air quenching effect
it is fitted with centrifugal blower
- Butterfly damper is installed
on the blower’s suction side to meter air quantity

Slat Conveyor With Cooling Fans Our range
of slat conveyor with cooling fans is extensively used for cooling trimmed
forged after trimming press. The speed of these conveyors is slow with linear
speed range up to 5 Mtr/min. VFD is used to control the linear speed and
temperature. These can also be custom made as per the specifications detailed
by the clients.

| Roller Conveyor We offer
a wide gamut of roller conveyors that are manufactured using qualitative raw
material and are coated with PU, rubber and others. These are supplied with V
rollers and plain rollers and these can be driven or dead as specified by the
clients. The roller conveyors are extensively used to move pipes, bars and
others.

Honeycomb Belt Conveyor We use
stainless steel strips and pins to assemble honeycomb belt conveyor. These
materials are sourced from reliable vendors after thorough quality tests. We
can also customize these conveyors as per the specification detailed by the
clients. Following are the features of honeycomb belt conveyor:
- Used as cooling conveyor for
trimmed forgings after trimming press (wt. of forging from 2 to 8 kg)
- Slow speed conveyor with linear
speed up to 5 mtr/min
- Adjust temperature at exit of
conveyor VFD is used to control linear speed.
- Get maximum cooling it I
fitted with Tube axial fans
- Gets air quenching effect it
is fitted with centrifugal blower. Butterfly damper is fitted on suction side
of blower to meter air quantity

| Wiremesh Belt Conveyor Our range
of wire mesh belt conveyors is assembled with the use of stainless steel and
pins which are in turn fitted in hollow pin chain. These conveyors are used to
feed hot billet to forging press and also to feed forged job to trim press from
forging press. Some of the technical specifications are as follows:
- Linear Speed: UP TO 30 Mtr./Min.
- Chain: 1” OR 1.5” pitch hollow
pin chain in stainless steel
- Can carry hot forgings up to
1000 Deg. C.

Lubrication Spraying Unit The lubricant spraying unit is used in forging shops to lubricate die after forging all the jobs. The unit comprises of the following: - Stainless steel vessel,
- Agitator with gearbox & motor,
- Diaphragm pump
- Dual action spray gun,
- Starter
- F& R unit
The entire unit is laced on a wheeled trolley for easy movement. | |
| Hydraulic Lifter The hydraulic lifters that we fabricate are used to stack dyes in dye shop. These are also used to load dye blocks on the CNC machines. We use premium grade raw material to assemble these lifters procured from trustworthy source. We also undertake customization of our range as per the specification detailed by the clients.

Truck Unloading System The truck unloading system is used to unload sand loaded truck, chemicals in powder or lump form, coal, fruits and others. Unloading is done simply by tilting the truck. The tilting platform is offered with hydraulic locking arrangement in the truck. The platform can be tilted up to 60 degrees and is provided with hydraulic cylinders.

| Screw Assembly Machined Component We offer
a wide gamut of screw assembly machined components which are manufactured using
qualitative raw material. The components are specially designed for critical
machines as per the requirement set by the clients. These components comprise
die assembly for PVC pipes and others.

manufacture a wide assortment of machined components that have gained huge
accolades in the market for their qualitative approach. Our machined
components are used for food extruders and are designed for special as well as
