• Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.

Construction & Functioning:

• This system mainly consists of a mobile bin, which is used for clamping a rotating arm having lifting arrangement
• The bunker is then loaded with sized granules to be mixed and is clamped to the rotating arm and locked
• The material is tumbled partial void inside the bin for a pre-determined period
• Rotates in a diagonal and eccentric plane, Conta Blender shuffle the product intimately, thus resulting in homogenous blend within 5-20 minutes approximately
• Equipped with flexible batch volume wherein varying size of containers can be mounted on a drive console, which is equipped with clamping arms
• Bunker / bin is clamped to the Conta arm
• Design of arm is such that the shell is given a tilt of 15°, thereby giving uniform mixing /lubrication of powder / granules
