Compressed fresh air externally provided with sequence timer which keeps the system clean and maintains conveying efficiency. The batch receiving hopper with vibration system for free flowing feeding, level sensors, proximity switches and pneumatically actuated discharge valve for feeding to heater mixer.

Mixer machines have been designed for mixing of diverse materials with plastics; and advanced mixer machine has been designed for comprehensive mixing of materials and granulated materials with plastic. Such machines comprise of compact gear drives and hard mixing paddles to ensure resourceful mixing performance. With the help of the plastic covers, the materials to be mixed can be seen. Moreover, the entire mixing course can be seen through these covers and the solutions can be safety poured through these covers.
