Execution of Turnkey Project : Concept to commissioning of various process equipment for any Industry.
Technical Consultancy: We offer Technical Consultancy Service, of concept to commissioning with specific inputs from customers for manufacturing of equipment for various industries. This consultancy service does not involve, actual work execution. We offer Technical Consultancy Service (Supervision) for proper execution and complience of Project Specification. We also offer Technical Consutancy Service for Manufacturing of Commodities and Consumable Products.
Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Commissioning: We design the process equipment, as required by customers, for specific purpose, for various industries We also manufacture, supply, install and commission.
Life Long Service Support: After commissioning, support for maintenance is life long.

Automated Welding
We have Orbital Welding facility and setting up fully automated TIG/Plasma Welding , Submerged Arc Welding , in addition to the existing Semi-Automatic MIG/MAG , TIG welding and Plasma cutting .
The automation of the process in a vertical or horizontal position and also the low-profile bead shape reduce post-weld operations, producing weld beads that are flawless in appearance.
Plasma welding is also well suited for the fabrication of spools of pipes upstream of the installation site . It allows subassemblies to be prepared and welded in the factory from tubes, elbows, flanges and other parts, which are then fitted together. Orbital welding provides high precision welding in process pipe lines. Automated Welding shall result in increased production and excellent quality with uniform deposit of weld metal to comply with International Standards and Customer Specification in particular for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food Processing and Chemical Industries.
Welding processes : a wide range of welding processes are adopted in production to emphasis on automated machine welding precisely suiting to most of standards and practices.

The total execution of the Job took nearly 6 months, from concept to commissioning.
It is a very sophisticated plant with complete PLC control. Needing only a handful of technicians to operate the 600T monthly rated plant, with all safety norms compiled.
All 16 Chemical Bulk Storage Tanks are located in a separate Tank farm area. The measuring vessels are located on top of Resin plant These measuring vessels can be filled/discharged with material through PLC controlled/ Computer operated, SCADA system. The Reactors, Condensers, Cooling towers, Chilling plant, TP, valves, pumps, pipelines etc. are fully functional to the expected standards.
While Worlding with Sieco, we have found Mr. S. Mohanam, Managing Director a very co-operative and proactive person. We are very satisfied with their overall performance, sometimes exceeding the expected limit.
