 | Our range of Sinamics S110 servo drive provides precise positioning with its innovative plug-and-play functionality. It has been designed to accomplish positioning tasks as quickly and simply as possible. The SINAMICS S110 servo drive includes integrated positioning functions for servo as well as induction motors. As a modular single-axis drive, it covers a wide power range from 0.12 kW to 90kW in a compact design.
In addition, flexible control is provided by onboard I/O or selectable communication interfaces. The built-in positioner provides 16 traversing task or position following capabilities for integration with a higher-level controller. Point to-point positioning can be accomplished with relative or absolute moves along with traversing profiles and position changes on the fly. The positioning tasks are programmed in the graphics-based STARTER software for simple configuration of motion tasks without the need for G-code programming. SIMOREG DC-MASTER and our motors form an ideal team. Compact Siemens DC motors prove themselves in every application worldwide, where favorably-priced drive technology and highest availability are demanded. These are rugged, have a long lifetime and a high output yield of 0.7 kW to 1550 kW. These motors are available in various combinations of design such as self-ventilated or force-ventilated, with or without fan, in degrees of protection IP 23, IP 54 or IP 55. However, this isn’t enough, our DC motors can be integrated into the automation environment through the motor interface for continuous monitoring, precise diagnostics, effective maintenance and service.
SIMOREG DC-MASTER -the new family
The innovative SIMOREG DC-MASTER product family provides the optimum results for highly-complex drive applications as well as for standard solutions. The low voltage inverters SINAMICS G110D and SINAMICS G120D have been specifically designed to address conveyor technology applications in the industrial enviroment. They are characterized by their very flat type of construction, a uniform footprint and high degree of uniformity for power outputs from 750 W to 7.5 kW.
