The laboratoty incubators that we offer are supplied with two pilot lamps, perforated shelves at every level and operated on 220 / 230 VAC. Mains. These are fabricated with double walled chamber, with S.S. from inside and M.S. from outside and have powder coat finish. Glass wool packing is done between the two chambers to evade loss of thermal. The heating of the laboratoty incubators are controlled either by thermostat or digital temperature controller and for uniform heating fan air circulation is provided.

Hot palte is a heavy duty heating plate with a removable MS plate at the top. The housing is made of mild steel sheet and finished in powder coat paint. A three position switch or energy regulator and two nos. indicating lamps are provided in the front panel.

Double walled chamber, inner made of stainless steel and outer made of mild steel  with powder coat finish.  The chamber is provided with top opening lid made of stainless steel and provided with handle.  Evaporating coils are kept inside the inner chamber for faster  cooling.  The refrigeration system consisting of compressor Kirloskar, air cooled condenser and accessories is provided at the lower portion of the bath.

The temperature is controlled by a Digital temperature controller  and unit is fitted with a pump for re-circulate the liquid in the tank to maintain uniform temperature inside the bath.

The hot air oven that we manufacture is designed with double walled chamber, with S.S from inside and M.S outside with powder coat finish. Rotary shakers are designed for continuous shaking of solutions in Erlynmeyer flask of 50ml to 1000ml capacity. It is a compact bench type table model with platform fitted with rubber discs mounted on ball bearing crank shafts for giving an orbital motion to the flasks within a diameter of approx 2”. The motor is coupled by means of a V belt with pitch pulley and is mounted on a heavy and sturdy angle iron frame. The speed of rotary shaker is controlled and indicated by Mechanical speed controller. Designed to work on 220/230Volts A.C supply. The instrument will be supplied with RPM Indicator and the maximum RPM is 20 to 300.

Triple walled chamber, Inner made of Stainless Steel and Outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets duly finished in powder coating.  Inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool.  Insulated double walled door in the front is provided with locking arrangements.

Heating is by Strip Heaters evenly distributed on the three sides.  Temperature is indicated and controlled by a Digital Temperature controller along with a fan for uniform heating.

Heating is achieved by strip type heaters and the temperature range from 50 degree to 250 degree.  Temperature is controlled by a digital temperature controller with an accuracy of  1c

Ventilation is provided with an adjustable opening at the top to exhaust fumes or vapours produced during processing.  Air circulation fan assembly 2 Nos., driven by suitable motor is incorporated in the unit for maintaining uniform temperature.  The instrument will be supplied with Stainless steel trolley 2 Nos.,

Laboratory Autoclave has a double walled chamber, interior perforated basket and the doomed lid made of polished stainless steel. Argon are welded and exterior made of stainless steel sheets/Cold rolled mild steel sheet finished in powder coating. The lid is tightened with wing nut locking system. Heating elements are immersion type heaters. The unit is fitted with neoprene rubber gasket to ensure tight sealing.  All autoclaves are hydraulically tested up to 40 PSI as safety measure.

Standard accessories supplied with unit: S.S Basket, water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve, cord and plug.

The heater coil of the electrical bunsen we manufacture are conically shaped and comprises spirally wound Nichrome coil.  These are accommodated in the grooves offered with the refractory case with proper insulation and stainless steel casing. The casing is mounted at the top of cylindrical powder coated aluminum housing. Holes are offered in the lower housing to evade excessive rise in temperature and gap between the stainless steel cylinder and regulator box. At the top a cowl is given to repel heat radiation from the hand while operating.
