We are having the facility for optical profile grinding, thread grinding and relief grinding. With these facilities it is possible to manufacture a wide variety of tools for turning, milling, reaming, threading and hobbing operations.
We procure the finest grades of H.S.S. The complete sequence of heat treatment of H.S.S. like pre-heating, hardening & tempering is carried out in-house in electrically controlled Salt Bath furnaces. This imparts excellent toughness along with hardness for a better tool life. Each and every tool is subjected to constant stage inspection and almost 100% final inspection prior to despatch. |
